1. Service Scope

Deprecast is a multi-vendor API breaking-change radar provided by Code Stacked. We monitor public OpenAPI/Swagger specs, changelogs, and RSS feeds for selected third-party API vendors and deliver automated weekly digests and urgent change notifications.

2. Plans & Billing

• Indie Tier ($19/mo): Includes watchlist monitoring for up to 30 curated vendors, weekly email digest, urgent break alerts, and optional Slack incoming webhook integration.
• Studio Tier ($89/mo): Upcoming plan for expanded vendor limits and custom feeds.
• Billing terms are subject to change prior to commercial launch. If paid checkout is not active, free trial access applies.

3. Best-Effort Monitoring Disclaimer

Deprecast relies on public vendor signals, RSS feeds, and OpenAPI specifications published by third-party vendors. While we strive for high accuracy and timely detection, Deprecast is an automated early-warning tool and does not guarantee detection of 100% of undocumented, unannounced, or silent breaking changes made by external vendors.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deprecast and Code Stacked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor API breaks, service downtime, or missed change alerts.
