Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Deprecast is a multi-vendor API breaking-change radar provided by Code Stacked (https://codestacked.dev). We monitor public OpenAPI/Swagger specs, changelogs, and RSS feeds for selected third-party API vendors and deliver automated weekly digests and urgent change notifications. 2. Studio account & access

Access to Deprecast uses your Code Stacked studio account (passwordless email magic link on codestacked.dev, with product session handoff). The same verified email is your identity across studio products. You are responsible for control of that email inbox.

3. Plans & Billing (studio-level)

• Billing home: Payment methods, invoices, and subscription management are handled through your Code Stacked account billing surface (Stripe Customer Portal). One Stripe customer is associated with your studio identity; Deprecast plans are entitlements under that customer.
• Indie Tier (£19/mo): Includes watchlist monitoring for up to 30 curated vendors, weekly email digest, urgent break alerts, and optional Slack incoming webhook integration.
• Studio Tier (£89/mo): Upcoming plan for expanded vendor limits and custom feeds.
• Prices and features shown at checkout control. Cancellations take effect at period end unless stated otherwise.

4. Best-Effort Monitoring Disclaimer

Deprecast relies on public vendor signals, RSS feeds, and OpenAPI specifications published by third-party vendors. While we strive for high accuracy and timely detection, Deprecast is an automated early-warning tool and does not guarantee detection of 100% of undocumented, unannounced, or silent breaking changes made by external vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deprecast and Code Stacked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor API breaks, service downtime, or missed change alerts.
